1. Returns

 

 

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

 

Items must be:

 

• Unused

• In original packaging

• In resaleable condition

 

 

 

2. Furniture & Large Items

 

 

Due to the nature of garden furniture:

 

• Return shipping costs may apply

• Items must be carefully repackaged

• Assembly items must be disassembled before return

 

 

 

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

 

 

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

 

 

4. Refunds

 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

 

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

 

 

Some clearance or bespoke items may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
